It can be used with or without the Reiki energy. The script guides you through using the full moon’s energies to release old behaviours, thoughts and habits of the past weeks that no longer serve you. It includes positive affirmations and visualisation as you work through the entire chakra system. It provides an opportunity for you to ‘let go’ and start to focus on yourself with positive energy.
